1. About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of logixlocal.com and any related pages (the “Site”). The Site is operated by LogixLocal, LLC (“LogixLocal,” “we,” “us”), located at Galloway, OH.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The Site and our services are separate
The Site provides general information about LogixLocal and lets you request a Growth Analysis or contact us. Visiting the Site or submitting a form does not create a client relationship.
When LogixLocal provides marketing, analysis, or related services to a client, those services are governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for the services it covers.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. The Site is intended for business owners and professionals.
3. No guarantees, and how to read our results
The Site describes our approach, benchmarks, and case studies. They are provided for information only.
- Results vary. Outcomes depend on market, season, capacity, sales process, budget, and many other factors outside our control. Past results do not guarantee future performance.
- Case studies are anonymized. Company and brand names are withheld, and figures are drawn from the periods and sources described on each page. They illustrate what happened for those businesses and are not a promise of what will happen for yours.
- Benchmarks are reference points, not targets or industry standards.
- Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, or financial advice.
We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, jobs, revenue, or return on ad spend from any service.
4. Acceptable use, submissions, and communications
Acceptable use. You agree not to:
- use the Site in violation of any law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or other users’ data;
- introduce malware, scrape the Site at scale, or interfere with its operation;
- submit false, misleading, or someone else’s information through our forms;
- use the Site to send spam or to solicit our users.
Submissions. Information you send through forms or email is handled under our Privacy Policy. Please do not send payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or other highly sensitive data through the Site.
Communications. By submitting your contact details, you agree that we may contact you about your request. Marketing emails and texts are sent only as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can opt out at any time.

Our content. The Site’s text, graphics, video, charts, layouts, and the names LogixLocal and LogixLocal Growth Loop™ belong to LogixLocal or its licensors. You may view and share the Site for personal or internal business reference. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
Third-party names. We refer to third-party platforms and companies, such as ServiceTitan, Google, Meta, Microsoft, Angi, Thumbtack, Yelp, and others, to describe the channels and tools we work with. Those names and logos belong to their owners. Their mention does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement unless we say so explicitly.
Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
6. Disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification
Disclaimer. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LogixLocal and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold LogixLocal harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
7. Termination, governing law, changes, and contact
Termination. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or the law.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the update.
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
